Shipping / Local Delivery Important Notice

Please note, the person delivering  will require proper government ID at the time of delivery to verify you are of age in your jurisdiction. The person ordering must be the person to receive the delivery. Failure to have proper ID will mean your order comes back and NO refund will be issued.

If your order is flagged as suspicious or potentially fraudulent, you will be notified with options including possible cancellation and a 14 day wait for any refund.

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping or delivery.

 

Local Delivery

We deliver 7 days a week for our Woodstock and London customers (Excluding Statutory Holidays.) We will deliver Monday to Friday for areas west of Woodstock (Thamesford, Ingersoll, Dorchester, etc.) 

Local delivery is free to specific postal codes in Woodstock, London and in between providing the order is over $50 (prior to any coupons and / or taxes).  Orders less than $50 will show a $12 delivery charge.

For same day delivery, orders  must be placed by 6PM Monday to Saturday and 4PM on Sundays.  Please note, we are not a delivery company.  Same day means same day and delivery can occur up to 9pm. 

Local deliveries are done by a third party company. 

Shipping policy

Underground Vapes London processes orders 7 days a week.  Orders received by 1pm typically get shipped the same day.  Couriers pickup the shipments on business days Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders are shipped with age verification using the legal age to purchase vaping product in your province.  

A tracking number will be provided.

Once a package is picked up, any delays in delivery are the responsibility of the courier / Canada Post.  Any mis-handled deliveries are the responsibility of the courier and the customer need deal with them directly.  

Shipping charges will not be refunded for lack of age verification or improper delivery address inputted by the customer.

Please note, Underground Vapes Inc. is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the shipping companies.  When shipping delays occur, you are wise to contact the shipping company yourself.  We can help, however our labels are purchased through a third party meaning we need to relay the information to that company who will investigate.  This extra step will cause delays and they can only retrieve the same information you see with your tracking number.  

Shipping is free on orders of $125  and over. This amount is calculated after any discounts and prior to taxes. 

A surcharge of $25 applies to orders under $125. 

Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) typically ship the same day. Orders received after 2pm typically will ship the next business day.

 

We use couriers as much as possible and reserve Canada Post for P.O. boxes.  We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and fast shipping.  In some cases, such as a remote location, shipping may take longer.  Couriers do not guarantee delivery dates therefore we can not either.
